Cabana ‘Kale’ (Sinhala for jungle) sits just slightly away from the main lodge, offering a little more privacy and space but with easy access to pool and communal living areas.

Cabana Kumbura
Cabana ‘Kumbura’ (Sinhala for paddy field) offers a slightly different feel from the other rooms. Huge and airy, it was designed to maximise airflow with parts of the wall built with spaced wooden columns open to the landscape beyond. It looks out across stunning paddy fields to the jungle hills to the north and the small hamlet of Thiththagalla on the west of the estate.

What's included in your room rate:
Large breakfast including fresh fruit, range of wonderful cooked options (such as egg hoppers, Sri Lankan omelette and tropical oat porridge), toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice blends.

Tea and cafetiere coffee through the day
Filtered drinking water
Lunch and Dinner:
Every day we have a delicious set-menu for lunch and dinner. These are served at our family-style communal table (or if guests prefer on their private verandah).
Lunch and dinner are charged at a sensible flat-rate (excluding drinks).
Additional beds:
An additional bed for children or a supplementary guest may be available on request and will be charged as per the policy. Please contact us about this prior to booking.
